Craig Paul, is a Miqmaq carver, born in Labrador's south coast community of Port Hope Simpson. Goose Bay has been his home in recent years. As a construction worker and mechanic, he came later in life to discover that he had an interest and attraction to carving soapstone and antler into birds and animals of his great big land called Labrador. This carver is one with some obvious talent and his works have found their way into the homes and establishments of discriminating collectors.
